RHC: right-heart catheterization and 30-day mortality (real, observational)

Connors et al. (1996): does right-heart catheterization within 24h of ICU admission (swang1) affect mortality? Binary outcome, no ground-truth ATE. The dataset is downloaded from the public Vanderbilt biostatistics repository via Hmisc::getHdata(), so nothing is bundled with dr3. Requires Hmisc and an internet connection.

Arguments

outcome

"dth30" (30-day mortality, default) or "death".
